Jörg Rautenstrauch is president and chief executive officer of Textron's Industrial Segment and Kautex, a leading global supplier of plastic fuel tank systems, selective catalytic reduction systems and clear vision systems as well as a producer and supplier of engine camshafts and plastic industrial packaging solutions. Rautenstrauch also serves on the Textron Executive Leadership Team.

Rautenstrauch joined Textron in 2011 as the general manager of Klauke, a leading manufacturer of professional tools and connecting material. In this role, Rautenstrauch led Klauke’s growth, expanding the business into key international markets and developing a number of new product initiatives.

Prior to joining Textron, Rautenstrauch was employed by Heraeus, a precious metals and technology group, where he held positions with increasing levels of responsibility in Germany, the United States and Australia. He had most recently served as business unit manager for W.C. Heraeus GmbH.

Rautenstrauch received a joint master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Technische Universität Darmstadt in Germany. He has also completed Textron's Senior Executive Leadership Program.
