Fort Worth, TX - February 22, 2009 - Bell Helicopter, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, today announced the delivery of two 407 helicopters to Rotorcraft Leasing company, one of the Gulf of Mexico's largest helicopter operators.

Rotorcraft Leasing has over 190 FAA licensed pilots and flew 76,000 flight hours last year carrying 510,000 passengers and is also a Bell certified Customer Service Facility. The addition of these two 407's brings Rotorcraft Leasing's 407 fleet up to an even dozen and their total Bell fleet to 149 helicopters.
