Cessna, StandardAero Agreement Enhances Citation Engine Support

Geneva, Switzerland - May 12, 2009 - Cessna Aircraft Company, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, announced today at the European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibit (EBACE) it has signed an agreement with StandardAero that will enhance support for Mustang and Citation X around the globe.

The agreement involves support of the Pratt and Whitney Canada PW615F on the Cessna Mustang and the Rolls-Royce AE3007C/C1 on the Citation X.

“This agreement is a major step in our ongoing effort to enhance customer service through our network of company service facilities in the U.S. and Europe,” said Mark Paolucci, senior vice president, Customer Service for Cessna.

StandardAero has received EASA and FAA approval for full hot section repair of the PW615F engine at their European facility in Tilburg, The Netherlands. In addition to its European PW600 support, StandardAero also provides full overhaul and repair for the PW615F engine at their U.S. facility in Maryville, Tennessee.

StandardAero is the world’s largest independent maintenance, repair and overhaul provider for the Rolls-Royce AE3007 and has been providing Rolls-Royce AE3007 MRO for over 12-years.

Cessna operates nine company Citation Service Centers in the U.S. and Europe, and has recently signed an agreement with government authorities to open a new Citation Service Center at Valencia (Spain) Airport.
