Textron Marine & Land Systems Achieves Two Milion Man Hours Worked Without Lost Time Injury

Textron Marine & Land Systems, an operating unit of Textron Systems, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, announced today that its employees have reached two million hours worked without a lost time injury.

In the last three years, Textron Marine & Land Systems has twice been recognized by the National Safety Achievement Council for its achievements in recording work hours without an occupational injury or illness. Additionally, Textron Marine & Land Systems earned the Occupational Excellence Achievement Award from the National Safety Achievement Council in 2008 and the Perfect Record Award for the period from January 1, 2008 to February 1, 2009.
