Egyptian Aviation Academy adds Beechcraft piston aircraft to modernize training fleet

WICHITA, Kan. (December 19, 2017) – Textron Aviation Inc., a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company, today announced it has received an order for two Beechcraft Baron G58 and two Beechcraft Bonanza G36 aircraft from Egyptian Aviation Academy. These aircraft will join the academy’s exclusive Textron Aviation fleet as they continue to modernize their training platforms.

Egyptian Aviation Academy, located in 6 October Airport, Giza, was established in 1932 and has since grown into the leading training school in the region. The academy has a proven track record of training successful pilots with an exclusive Textron Aviation fleet that includes Cessna Citation Mustang, Cessna Skyhawk 172 and Beechcraft Bonanza G36 and Baron G58 aircraft.
