Rob Hotaling was named president of Textron Financial Corporation in January 2024. Hotaling brings more than 30 years of commercial finance experience to his role, including 25 years with Textron Financial. He has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility within the business, serving most recently as senior vice president & chief credit officer. Hotaling has also led Operations, Collections and Portfolio Management for Textron Financial in providing financing solutions to our Bell and Textron Aviation customers around the world. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Hotaling is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University. Additionally, he has completed Textron’s Senior Executive Leadership Program and its Executive Leadership Program and received an Executive Certification in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
