Thomas N. Nichipor was appointed vice president, Audit Services of Textron Inc. in March 2014. He is responsible for global audit services activities at Textron and serves as an officer of the corporation. Nichipor is also a member of Textron’s Finance Council.

Previously, Nichipor was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Textron Financial Corporation's non-captive business, a position he held since March 2011. Prior to that, he was Textron Financial’s vice president and corporate controller and was the principal accounting officer for the company. In this role he was responsible for the accounting and reporting of the company’s financial results to both the Securities Exchange Commission and company leadership. Prior to joining Textron in 2003, Nichipor spent seven years in audit management roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP and served large corporate clients, primarily in the financial services and energy industries.

Nichipor earned a bachelor’s degree in Management and Accounting from Fairfield University and obtained his Certified Public Accountant license while working at Arthur Andersen LLP. He has also completed Textron's Senior Executive Leadership Program at Duke University.
