CESCOM Online Enrollment Available at Citation

Wichita, KS - April 22, 2004 - Citation customers attending Cessna's Citation Customer Conference in Wichita, Kansas, April 26-28, will have an opportunity to sign up for the new online Citation maintenance service, CESCOM Online (Cessna Computerized Maintenance Service). Over 65% of Citation operators have enrolled in CESCOM Online since its introduction.

"CESCOM Online has been very popular with Citation operators because it provides them with an efficient way to monitor their maintenance records through the Internet," said Art Warren, Cessna's Director of Customer Support. "During the development of CESCOM Online, we continually asked customers what they wanted in an online maintenance site. One of the reasons for our high enrollment rate is because we implemented customer's suggestions. CESCOM Online is intuitive, provides real-time information, simplifies aircraft budget planning information, and helps reduce aircraft maintenance downtime."
