Wichita, KS - April 21, 2005 - Cessna Citations will flock to Wichita, May 2-4, 2005, to attend the 32nd Citation Customer Conference. Cessna has invited the owners and operators of all 4,200 Citations to the conference and anticipates approximately 1,200 operators, suppliers and Cessna employees to attend.
Ed Bolen, NBAA President and CEO, will give this year's keynote address. The conference will conclude with a hangar party at Cessna's new Wichita Citation Service Center, which was opened in December 2004.
"The Customer Conference is by far one of the best events of the year for Cessna and Citation Operators," said Ron Chapman, Cessna's Senior Vice President of Customer Support. "We're especially excited about this year's event because we will have a chance to showcase our new Wichita Citation Service Center. This will be the first time for many customers to see the facility."
The conference will focus on technical and special workshop sessions for the owners and operators of the Citation model 750 (Citation X); Citation model 650 series (Citation III, VI, and VII); Citation model 560XL (Citation Excel and XLS); Citation model 560 series (Citation V, Ultra and Encore); Citation model 550/S550 series (Citation II, S/II, II SP, and Bravo); Citation model 525 series (CitationJet, CJ1, CJ2 and CJ3); and Citation model 500 series (Citation 500, I and I/SP). In addition to program updates for each model, special interest topics will also be presented. The following list is a sample of some of the special interest topics.

RVSM Operations - Seminar will provide information on Service Bulletins, Do's and Don't's for LOA applications, Service Center RVSM service status, and world status for RVSM compliance.

CJ3 System Differences - Pilots and technicians will be taught the system differences between the CJ3 and its predecessors.

Radome Repair and Refinishing - Session will provide background on the development and performance of E-Glass radomes on current production Cessnas.

Battery Maintenance - Operators will learn maintenance techniques for nickel cadmium aircraft batteries.

CESCOM Online - This CESCOM Online "101" class will teach operators how to signup for CESCOM Online; create CESCOM 10, 20 and History reports; and create and submit Maintenance Transaction Reports online.

MSG-3 Terms and Methodology - Operators will learn how they can perform their maintenance more effectively through MSG-3.
In addition to operator seminars, Cessna will offer credit hours toward the required refresher courses for FAA certification to maintenance personnel holding Inspection Authorization privileges.
