Orlando, FL - October 6, 2008 - Cessna Aircraft Company, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, announced today an order for one Citation X to Atron, Cessna’s Authorized Sales Representative in Ireland for an unnamed European customer. The order was made at the 61st annual National Business Aviation Association convention.
The Citation X is the fastest civil aircraft in the world at .92 Mach, with a range of 3,070 nautical miles (5,868 km – NBAA IFR range). Cessna will have delivered more than 300 Citation Xs by the end of 2008.
