Fort Worth, TX - January 16, 2008 - Bell Helicopter, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, officials announced that Greg Williams has been appointed president and general manager of Edwards & Associates, Inc. (EAA) replacing Phil Dieterich who retired after 42 years of service.
Williams will lead the EAA team, which includes Tennessee and Florida based service and completion center operations, Aeronautical Accessories Inc., and Rotor Blades Inc.
During a span of 31 years, Williams has held numerous positions in Bell Customer Support & Services, Systems Development, Finance, Inventory Management and Distribution. Most recently, he held the position of executive director, Integrated Support Solutions, with responsibility, accountability and authority for Bell's $700 million supply support operations.
Edwards and Associates, a Bell Helicopter managed company, is a full service helicopter completion center specializing in aircraft sales (new and pre-owned), maintenance, overhaul/repair, avionics, painting, interior refurbishment and overall customer support.
