Austin, TX - September 1, 2009 – Overwatch, an operating unit of Textron Systems, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, announced today that Jon Percy has been appointed vice president of business development and strategy.
With 29 years experience in the industry and in commercial software development, Jon brings an exceptional background in program management, business development and engineering to his new position.
Since joining Overwatch in 2002, Jon has been a key player in the company’s growth. He joined the company as a senior systems engineer before moving on to become the program manager for it’s Future Combat Systems, or FCS, situational understanding program.
