SkyBOOKS Release 4.3 Adds Functionality

Jacksonville, FL - May 24, 2010 - SkyBOOKS, Inc., a Textron, Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, and affiliate of Bell Helicopter, has introduced its release 4.3, which adds new functionality and generates new time-saving features to its Electronic Record Keeping Program. New time-saving features include:

  • New flight operations functionality and reporting by leg
  • Auto distance, pilot flight time, and total aircraft meter calculations
  • Connection to global airport codes database and custom locations (lat/long storage)
  • Advanced passenger tracking to include weight, company, purpose, and miles traveled by leg
  • Fuel added or consumed by leg
  • Expense tracking by leg
  • Tracking and quantity counting of special purpose events such as water snorkel lifts, night vision goggle usage, and hoist operator usage by leg
  • Customer usage tracking by leg, seat mile traveled, day/night, or custom user category
  • Complex meter algorithms calculator to support abbreviated and complex cycle counting

 

SkyBOOKS latest 4.3 release features allow operators more functionality generating time savings by capturing customer data, capturing unique user crew currency data, generating by leg data reports, and expands expense tracking by user/aircraft or leg.
